Download workspace data
Prepare an owner-only JSON export and understand what it includes.
Prepare an export
As the workspace owner, open Workspace data in Settings and select Prepare export. Wait for the job to report ready.
Download when ready
Select Download export. The app retrieves authorized pages and builds a JSON download. Exports expire; prepare another if the current one is unavailable.
Know the scope
The settings export contains current members, client profiles, folders, videos, tasks, task comments, and video comments. It does not download original video or document files, private Studio chats, or every newer settings record.
Keep the download private
Store exported information appropriately for your team. This self-service export is separate from the operator’s encrypted backup and restore process.
