Connect OpenRouter and set spending limits
The workspace owner connects funding; teammates choose compatible models directly in chat.
Connect as the workspace owner
Open Settings, then AI funding. Select Connect OpenRouter and complete provider authorization. Returning successfully connects funding; it does not automatically enable generation or choose a model. Members can view status and limits but cannot change owner controls.
Set spending limits
Enter Daily spend cap, Monthly spend cap, and Per-request cap in USD, with up to six decimal places. Concurrency cap limits simultaneous requests, from 1 to 64. These are limits, not a deposit or a promise of remaining provider credit.
Enable generation and save
Turn on Allow generation when the limits are ready, then Save policy. No approved model list is required. Chat participants choose compatible models directly in Content Studio. Generation also requires an active paid workspace subscription and available funded connection.
Recover a changed or uncertain save
If another change updates the policy, use the displayed draft recovery controls. If confirmation is lost, retry the same save before starting a different one. Your draft remains available while the settings panel is open.
Replace or disconnect funding
Replace connection starts new provider authorization. Disconnect removes the active workspace connection. Check the resulting status; disconnecting does not erase existing chats or refund already incurred charges.
